Sessions are available either online or face-to-face.
Individual counseling sessions run for 45 to 60 minutes.
Couples and family sessions are 60 minutes.
Additional fees apply for sessions that exceed the standard duration.

Forest Therapy Walk
Not your usual nature walk, as it's inspired by the Japanese practice - "Shinrin-yoku" (Forest bathing) which must be guided by a certified forest guide to allow us to reconnect to nature while reaping the benefit to improve our physical & mental health in a structured & restorative 2-hour program.
